Holly Gosa is the owner of Upstaged Home Staging and ReDesign based in Odessa, FL. Holly is proud to utilize her 10+ years of experience as a home decorator and re-designer to help homeowners and real estate agents in the greater Tampa Bay area get the most from their listings.
“We moved to the Tampa area in the Fall of 2021 and I wanted to move into staging and start a business supporting real estate agents in the area. After some training, research, and networking, I purchased an existing staging company in the area.”
Holly became a RESA® member in March 2021 and is active in her the RESA® Greater Tampa Bay Area Chapter.
“RESA® has been pivotal in building community and support for me as I launched my business. My local chapter members have welcomed and encouraged me in the Tampa area and I have been able to thrive because of the national training.”

If you could only keep five possessions, what would they be?
Oversized comfy sweatshirt, a Nespresso maker, a fresh scented candle, a versatile pair of shoes, a source to play music.
When you are in a rut creatively where do you go or what do you do to get out of it?
I love to spend some time out of my normal routine. Go to a new location to work or just wander around a store I’ve never been to. It helps me reset and come back to a project with fresh eyes.
What part of owning your own business is the least enjoyable for you and why?
Any tasks on the backend of my website, social media, and mobile apps. I love designing a home but anything graphic design related and moving it from one platform to another drives me to over indulge in chocolate.
