RESA Atlanta 3-Day Team Host “Boob-B-Q” Fundraiser July 25, 2012

The Real Estate Staging Association’s (RESA) Atlanta Chapter is raising funds for Susan G. Komen in a unique and fun way.

Woodstock, GA July 11, 2012: A “Boob-B-Q” will be held in Woodstock Park at City Center on Wednesday, July 25th from 11:30 AM – 1:30 PM with all proceeds going to the Susan G. Komen 3 Day Walk for a Cure. RESA Atlanta will be sending a team of five women to the 3 Day, each tasked with raising $2300 to participate! The funds raised at this event will help team members reach their goal… and we are well on our way with only $7000 to go!

The five team members are all active participants in the RESA Atlanta Chapter and include: Paige Earles, Kathryn Shell, Jannis Vann, Elizabeth Robinson and Amy Powers.

The Susan G. Komen 3-Day Walk for the Cure is a 60 mile walk over 3 days in October to help raise funds and awareness for this great cause affecting 1 in 8 women.

DETAILS:

The Boob-B-Q meal is only $10 and includes:

  • BBQ Chicken “Breast” or Pork sandwich, side and beverage from
  • J. Miller’s Smokehouse (formerly Beetle’s BBQ)
  • A yummy dessert donated by Publix.

Face painting and t-shirts (*donations appreciated).
