We often work in homes unaccompanied or worse…UNPREPARED for how to defend ourselves in the event of an assault … RESA Massachusetts Chapter participated in a WOMEN’S SELF DEFENSE COURSE in June, taught by 8th degree black belt Steve Diorio. We learned how to assess a potentially dangerous situation and what steps, kicks, slaps and stomps to take to ward off a potential attack. No one ever expects to be a victim in a crime…maybe your chapter should consider hosting a meeting like this one!
