Award Winning Stager in St. Louis Earns Prestigious International Masters Designation

Today, May 6th 2015, Christine Rae, President and Founder of the CSP International Staging Business Academy is proud to bestow the International Masters of Real Estate Staging designation to Courtney Schomburg, Vice President and Co-owner of INhance IT! Home Staging in St. Louis, Missouri. Her firm has staged over 2,000 homes since its inception in early 2007. Courtney is a graduate of Webster University in St. Louis and holds a BA in Communications. Courtney attended a year-long program at FIDM (The Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising) in San Diego focusing on color theory and merchandising.

More about Courtney Schomburg:

Courtney is a member of the St. Louis Homebuilder’s Association. She is also an affiliate member of the Saint Association of Realtors and is on the Affiliate Committee as well as a member of the Young Professionals Network. For the past several years she has created and donated all of the floral arrangements for the annual HBA and Women’s Council of Realtors awards banquets.

Courtney duties with INhance IT! include creating design plans for builder display homes including both exterior and interior selections. She is also creates the merchandising plans for these displays. Courtney works closely with re-sale clients, making selections to assist them in getting their homes ready for sale. Courtney is the on-site manager for all vacant home staging installations.

Courtney received the CSP (Certified Sales Professional) and CMP (Certified Marketing Professional) designations through the National Homebuilder’s Association. Courtney has judged the Parade of Homes in the Atlanta Georgia market and her work has been featured in St. Louis Homes and Lifestyles Magazine. Her firm is considered one of the premier home staging companies in the St. Louis Market.
