My stager recommended replacing the kitchen counters with white quartz. I don’t think this is right; surely granite is still the number one choice. Help me out here.

Your stager is correct! Granite is losing popularity fast. Quartz composite is now king! It provides the option of unique patterns and an assortment of colors ranging from sleek white to soft gray; some even look like granite and marble. Add the practical reasons – extremely durable, no maintenance, and pretty much bulletproof – and it isn’t hard to see why it is replacing granite.
