JOANNE LENART-WEARY
JoAnne Lenart-Weary is a Professional Interior Decorator and 40 year industry veteran who was staging and redesigning before the terms were even coined. This experience led to the founding of what is now called The Decorating and Staging Academy in 1999. Along with Carol Bass and Sandra Racz, they built The-DSA to one of the most well-rounded training group in the country. JoAnne has taught thousands over the years on both a professional and non-professional level and is a frequent national speaker for the decorating industry. She has appeared on HGTV, ABC-TV, and many regional TV segments around the country.
JoAnne is the creator of many industry tools such as the Confident Consultation, Decorating in the Zone, the Confident Color System, the DIY series and How to Decorate and Stage. She believes in arming you with information you can implement with a client Immediately.

LISA MCINTEE
Lisa McIntee, owner of The Staging Professionals is an innovative entrepreneur and Home Staging Business Consultant who is constantly seeking out new ways to expand her business and grow the Home Staging industry. Lisa is a multi award-winning home stager based in Niagara Falls, ON who has become an expert in developing “outside of the box” ideas and strategies that increase her business and those of her colleagues.

KRISTY MORRISON
SPEAKER BIO
Kristy is extremely passionate about the Real Estate and Home Staging industry. She purchased her first home at the age of 23 with her now husband Eric where they used their renovation / sweat equity skills to update these dated homes then stage them for a quick and profitable sale.
To date, Kristy & Eric have lived in and renovated over time 4 residential properties and 1 commercial property (now the Capital Home Staging & Design warehouse)
After creating a successful award winning home staging company Capital Home Staging & Design, Kristy took the time to author her first book called “Competitive Edge -Transforming your home and maximize profits through real world home staging cases.” She created this book, as outlined in the first chapter “Learn from Past Mistakes”, because she vowed to never let any home seller loose thousands of dollars by unnecessarily holding on to a home longer than necessarily needed.
Kristy has also been featured in numerous publications from local newspapers, Rogers TV, Cover of the OCDSB magazine, winner of the 2009 BBB Torch Award for Market Place Ethics as well as finalist in many RESA award categories.

CATHERINE LEWIS-BROWN
Catherine is a mom, entrepreneur, creative spirit, teacher, friend, sister, daughter and wife – and she calls Toronto home. She is always looking for the next great thing to do; the next thing to learn, to share, to achieve and to aspire to! And she does it all with determination and a fierceness that lets things only get in her way for a minute before she plows on through.
Her decision to be an entrepreneur is rooted in her passion for creativity and her desire to be hands-on in a business she loves! She is committed to inspiring new businesses to the success they deserve, and to share her experiences and knowledge! To those that have worked with Catherine they know her as an open-book – she is always keen to share her successes, and the hiccups, too! This has made her a favourite of her students and clients around the world.
Catherine is also a 2014 and 2015 HOUZZ Customer Service Award Winner, past RESA Chapter Vice-President, International Master Stager and Certified Staging Professional Trainer and Mentor. Catherine has recently expanded her passion for coaching stagers to include small business owners. She regularly speaks to groups about staging, including real estate agents and consumers. Catherine owns Ready to List Staging & Training, and is a Certified Color Consultant and Residential Renovation Project Manager.
