Who is Alice?

Alice T Chan is a Home Renovation and Design Specialist who helps busy homeowners throughout the San Francisco Bay Area design and manage their home renovation projects. Alice’s no-nonsense, “it’s handled” approach gets projects completed as quickly as possible so that families can actually enjoy living in their new and improved home, not just dream about it.

Alice’s obsession with model homes at a young age inspired her to “stage” her own homes for sale before she even knew what home staging was. Over the years, she has successfully prepared and sold 4 of her own personal residences, two before becoming a Professional Home Stager in 2003. Since then, she has consulted on millions of dollars worth of real estate sales and as a result, clients have been reported doing the happy dance all the way to the bank! #truth

Aside from managing private client projects, she has also lent her skills to the small screen as a Production Designer for HGTV’s Flip It to Win It and as a Co-Host and Interior Designer for HGTV’s 2013 reality real estate show, Power Broker. Yes, she was responsible for those uncontrollable, O-M-G, ugly cry moments that the network and audiences love.
