RESA is the industry’s only trade association funded and directed by its members for the sole purpose of the betterment of the industry. There is no conflict of interest. RESA’s board of directors are elected by the membership and collectively serve to represent their constituency. RESA’s membership consists of real estate stagers of all designations, backgrounds and affiliations, as well as affiliate members who service our industry.

As a benefit of belonging to their trade association, RESA members have the opportunity to serve on as a local, state/provincial or national leader. In 2022 the association will have two seats available on the national board. Please tell us why you would be a good candidate for this position.

I have been a member of RESA since 2009 and have actively participated in and watched the growth of our Industry explode over the years. I have built a successful 6 figure business from the ground up, and feel I have a solid understanding of the challenges in our industry, along with the needs of stagers from newbies through the advanced level. My passion for the industry is no secret, and over the years I have always jumped in to help others whenever I could, as well as offer suggestions and ideas for helping create a stronger and more profitable industry. I am someone who is always thinking of tomorrow and how to make it better. Ethics, Excellence, and Education are my motto words.

Please list two initiatives you would like to focus on during your term if elected.

1) EDUCATION is the key to success in building a stronger industry. The more educated we each become, the higher level of service we can execute.
2) UNITY is the ability to accept what makes us different. Our industry has become vastly diversified over the years, with many different forms of Staging. The ability to recognize, reward, and accept our industry’s DIVERSITY of people and services is a powerful tool for strengthening today, and growing tomorrow.

Please tell us about any professional contributions you have made to the industry.

I have successfully staged & sold over 2000 properties totaling over $2 Billion Dollars in Real Estate. I have actively educated Consumers & Realtors on Home Staging, as well as have actively participated in Industry Leadership Roles & assisted fellow colleagues in overcoming challenges for business success.
