RESA Greater Fort Myers Chapter Secretary Judy Welker Reflects on 2018

Being involved in a leadership position for the Real Estate Staging Association allows you to get involved with your local staging community, while making a difference in the home staging industry. RESA Headquarters is so thankful for those leaders who are making way in their communities and dedicating their time and knowledge to advance professionalism and excellence in real estate staging.

1. When did you get involved in leadership with the Real Estate Staging Association?

In 2017, because its important to share with Realtors and homeowners the benefits of how staging can sell your home faster, and usually for far more money.

2. What made you decide to get involved in RESA Leadership?

I believe the program RESA put together, teaches stagers and realtors the value and importance of staging.  RESA also give us the tools and the energy to move forward with a passion and purpose to keep the real estate market at its highest point of sale

3. What advice do you have for others who are interested in being involved with RESA Leadership

Every day it’s important to learn something, and being involved with the RESA leadership you have that opportunity. In leadership, you learn to grow and build a team with an understanding that there is enough work out there for all of us, but it’s so important to express the value, and being part of this leadership gives you the best ability to do so.
