Each year in February members of the Real Estate Staging Association submit before and after photos of their best work for a chance to be a winner at the Home Staging Industry Awards held annually in Las Vegas at RESACON.
The Awards show features work of home stagers and redesigners from all over the nation who have been voted on by their peers. The grand finale of the awards show is the announcement of the RESA Professional Home Stager Of The Year.
RESA members review the following categories: Best Vacant Home Stager Of The Year Canada, Best Occupied Home Stager Of The Year Canada, Best Vacant Home Stager Of The Year United States, and Best Occupied Home Stager Of The Year United States to determine the overall winner for RESA Professional Home Stager of the Year Canada and USA.
This year when the winner of the prestigious RESA Home Stager of The Year Award was announced, the crowd of over 400 industry professionals showed their appreciation and excitement for the 2018 winner – Todd McAllister with a standing ovation. It was no surprise that Todd received such a sign of appreciation from his peers as his work speaks for itself and the man behind the work, Todd – is always giving back to his staging community.

Todd is a home staging pioneer and founding partner of OnStage, located in Portland, Oregon. Over the past 17 years, OnStage has grown organically to include offering our services to the Seattle and San Francisco real estate markets.
