Karen Eubank RVP Region 10, was interviewed by Real Estate Today Radio the National Association of Realtor’s dedicated radio program offering “critical and credible information on the real estate market”. The topic was “Sell Like A Pro”. This was the third time Karen has been a contributor for Real Estate Today. RESA is always mentioned as the go to resource for finding professional stagers.

RESA Dallas‘ Chapter January meeting was held at Home Elegance, the second largest furniture wholesaler in the country!! Members from the RESA Dallas and RESA Austin Chapter joined to learn about the advantages of owning inventory. Members were able to browse the showroom and register for accounts.
The Austin chapter had a two day field trip to Dallas, visiting the World Trade Center and joining the Dallas chapter for their January 12th meeting. They topped off their journey with a visit to Magnolia Market in Waco, the business run by HGTV stars Chip and Joanna Gaines of HGTV’s “Fixer Upper”.

Karen Otto, RESA Board Member, Karen Eubank Region 10 RVP and Amy Fedowski, Dallas Chapter Vice President have been scheduled to teach the 3 hour MCE class “Staging to Sell What Every Agent Should Know” at MetroTex through June. The class is taught at least once a month and often several times a month at different MetroTex locations.
