Accepting RESA State/Provincial & Regional Candidates

State/Provincial President & Regional Vice President Candidate Applications
RESA’s Board of Directors are seeking candidates for 2017 State/Provincial Presidents and Regional Vice Presidents. Though there is no limit on the number of terms a State/Provincial President or RVP may serve, existing SP and RVPs must submit an application to be considered for an additional term.

The deadline to submit your application is October 15, 2016.
The Position
State/Provincial Presidents help with local chapter formations and support the local chapter presidents. State/Provincial Presidents help grow membership and also promotes RESA® in their own communities.  State/Provincial Presidents are volunteer positions and additional duties may be added from time to time.
Regional Vice Presidents (RVPs) support the state presidents and local chapters in their regions.  RVPs work to promote the staging industry through RESA® while giving support to the members in their regions. RVPs help grow chapters, mentor current and potential members, and keeps up with happenings in the staging industry in order to help facilitate RESA’s growth.  RVPs are volunteer positions and additional duties may be added from time to time.
Requirements
  • Candidates must have a minimum of five years experience in the real estate staging industry.
  • Candidates must be a RESA member prior to being considered.
  • Candidates must have prior experience serving on a local RESA chapter board.
  • Candidates must be able to demonstrate a passion for the industry and RESA’s mission, values and goals.
  • Candidates must be willing to participate in monthly leadership conference calls and new-member outreach.
  • Candidates must be committed to a goal plan for new chapter growth in their state/province/region.
