Getting To Know Our RESA® Leaders – Pramiti Bhargava

Pramiti Bhargava has over 15 years of experience in Marketing, Creative, Design and Business. She is a HSR Certified Professional Stager and the Creative Director and Co-founder of BlueGrape Staging. Pramiti is the RESA® San Diego Chapter President, a growing chapter of 22 members committed to advancing professionalism and excellence in real estate staging.

1.     Who is the home stager or designer that you admire and how have they influenced your staging work?
I have always admired Charles and Ray Eames because of their ongoing impact on architecture and design. Their historical contributions still impact so much of what we see in design, furniture, and architecture, and keeps evolving with each decade.


2.    What happens in your initial meeting with a client?

We establish value foremost. I personally think listening to the client speak is vital. After we have understood what will best work to address his or her needs, their concerns, we establish why we are the best partners to work with in multiple ways. Once we establish value, we discuss price. Since most higher value business meetings are led by my partner and I, we take a dual approach to address the client’s business.

3.     How do you take your coffee? If you don’t drink coffee what is your go-to drink in the morning?
Tea! I am a tea person and that’s my go-to morning drink. A cup of tea with ginger in it.

4.    Do you have a favorite color scheme?

We love how color complements any design. I don’t have a favorite and can be equally passionate about many. Navy, mustard, blush and grey or a monochromatic palette of black, grey, bronze and gold to a summer palette of turquoise, salmon, mint are current favorites.

 

5.     How do you want to improve yourself in the next year?

In the coming year we want to focus on making BlueGrape an efficient, high growth business and brand which customers, employees and partners aspire to work with. We want to truly make a deep difference in the real estate purchase and sale experience.

On an industry level I want to connect with the many staging businesses, colleagues and new stagers in the industry and make this a respectable, fun industry for many who choose to be part of it. On a personal level I want to work on staying focussed on the bigger picture.
