Happy New Year! We are well on our way into the first quarter, and things have picked right back up here in St. Louis.
I am so excited and honored to be your new Chairperson for the RESA Board of Directors! Thank you to everyone who put their faith in me during the elections last year, I will make you proud.
I wanted to share a little bit about myself for those of you that I have not yet met. I am the Vice President of INhance IT! Home Staging in St. Louis, MO. My Mom, Liz Connolly, and I have been staging homes together since early 2007. We have staged over 4,000 vacant properties, thousands of occupied properties and have helped sell over One-Billion dollars of local real estate. Inhance IT! has been recognized as one of RESA’s Top 10 Home Staging Teams of the year from 2015-2018. I was also awarded the 2018 Best Occupied Home Stager of the Year and Top 10 Best Vacant Home Stager of the Year.
It has been my honor to serve as the President of the RESA Greater St. Louis Chapter in 2018. I love networking and learning from like-minded professionals who can relate to the day to day ups and downs of the industry. I am thankful to have this kind of mastermind group right in here in my city.
If you haven’t joined your local RESA chapter yet, I suggest you give it a try. You are not alone out there! I know this business can be slightly lonely if you are solo, so having a mastermind group like your local RESA chapter can be the perfect way for you to grow your business.
I love taking different staging training across the country. Even though we have been staging for over twelve years, I still learn something from every class I take. I am a RESA-Pro, A Master Certified Staging Professional, an Expert Psychological Stager, A Staging Studio Staging and Design Specialist and HSR Certified Professional Home Stager.
If you ever have any questions about staging training or can’t decide which one is right for you, I am happy to talk with you about my experiences with each course. I know it can be hard to decide because they are all wonderful, but I do think there is a perfect one for your personality and business goals.
