Stockton, CA July 2, 2009 Real Estate Staging Association® (RESA®-)the member run Trade Organization for Professional Stagers has announced the RESA-Accredited Training Provider Program.
Due to the popularity of home staging services, the real estate staging industry has seen a huge increase in home staging training companies. But how do consumers and people wanting to become stagers know which training companies provide accredited staging and the best programs? The Real Estate Staging Association has listened to training providers and would be stagers and has come up with an accreditation process that will solve some of these issues.
As the governing trade association for the home staging industry, the RESA accreditation program follows the guidelines set forth by the US Department of Education’s accrediting agencies process. RESA will review not only the actual training providers books and methods of teaching but they will review their administrative policies as well has ensuring the companies are fiscally sound.
Training providers that are looking for credibility and legitimacy will embrace the accreditation process because if approved their course will be deemed as one of the best in North America. Approved providers will be able to use the Accreditation Logo in the marketing of their courses. Students in turn will seek out these training companies for instruction on starting their business. Better qualified training providers equal better qualified stagers.
RESA is now accepting applications to become a RESA Accredited Training provider. For more information on having your training company approved as a RESA Accredited Provider please inquire at Education@RESA-HQ.org. A complete information packet and application will be emailed to you.
