Are You Using Video To Raise Awareness About Your Business?

Johnathan Miller and co-host Shari Auldridge worked with me to create RESA’s first video series One Look Two Ways, where they spontaneously visit other RESA stagers and give them a “Staging” Challenge! Creating this series opened up other opportunities that helped grow exposure for their business, and they are excited to share how you can use video marketing to build brand awareness in your market.

By adding video marketing to your social media strategy you will learn how to:

  1. Introduce the necessity of clear goals in utilizing videography on Social Media. Companies shouldn’t do social media because everyone else is doing it. They should have concrete and realistic goals that outline what they expect to get out of it in the long term.
  2. Convey how social media happens on the users’ terms. Users choose to engage with you, not the other way around, so shouting as loud as you can – a very effective tactic in classic marketing – is meaningless in social media. Users will just ignore you.
  3. Deliver products and services that are very visually rich. We will delve into platforms such as Facebook & Instagram. Stagers that generate video (or who have ambitions in that direction) we will show the inner workings of Facebook Live & Instagram video and possibly a few alternative video sites.
