Being involved in a Leadership position for the Real Estate Staging Association allows you to get involved with your local staging community, while making a difference in the home staging industry. RESA Headquarters is so thankful for those leaders who are making way in their communities and dedicating their time and knowledge to advance professionalism and excellence in real estate staging.
Reflecting With Candi Randolph RESA Greater Fort Myers Chapter VP of Membership
1. When did you get involved in leadership?
In 2016 when the chapter was organized
2. What made you decide to get involved in RESA leadership?
I wanted to be a part of the process of organizing this chapter and foster it’s growth.
3. What are you most proud of accomplishing during your time in RESA leadership?
Starting something new is never easy or simple, and our board worked very diligently to spread the word about the chapter and gain membership. I think we accomplished that for our first year, even though the chapter member number is small, we almost doubled in size.
4. What advice do you have for others who are interested in being involved with RESA leadership?
It is a commitment but is worth the effort. I have grown to know and admire the other board members over the past year in a way that would not have been possible if we hadn’t joined this venture together. It is also an opportunity to shape the industry on a local level.
5. What do you hope to see for the staging industry in the next 5 years?
Continued growth and recognition for this essential industry.
