As the Diversity Committee Chair, I am excited about the first steps the RESA Board of Directors is taking to recognize and embrace it’s many member cultures…which is where diversity meets inclusion.
We are committed to fostering an organization where ALL members feel represented, heard, remain, and thrive.
My vote for the RESA National Board of Directors positions will be influenced by those who:
- Have a passion for the cause of diversity and inclusion
- Have a strong curiosity about learning other cultures
- Possess a cognizance of bias
