Adrienne Lord is the Co-Founder and Lead Stager of Staged To Sell Realty based in Jacksonville, FL. A native Floridian, Adrienne is proud to call St. Johns County home. She considers herself “uniquely qualified to help you fall in love with St. Johns and the surrounding Jacksonville area.”
Starting as a hobbyist for real estate agents in her neighborhood, Adrienne decided to take the leap in 2015 and branded and incorporated. Thus, bringing together what her clients have called a “dream team” for a full-service experience in staging and realty services. In addition to serving her clients, she also is a leader to her fellow home stagers. Adrienne currently serves as the VP of Membership for our Jacksonville Chapter and starting in 2021 will serve as the RESA Florida State President.

Be as universally appealing as possible. Please understand, I’m not saying “vanilla” – but, appealing to as many as possible based on the expected demographic of the buyer. And, good staging allows the FEATURES of the home to shine and doesn’t compete with them.
Before I was staging…
I started my career as a high school teacher and eventually ran team of IT Trainers at Oracle. So, I’m a “recovering” teacher!
My goal is…
To be a staging “ambassador” in my local area and beyond. My passion is educating – teaching others the value of staging whether they are a fellow stager, agent, or homeowner.
My morning ritual is…
I’m spoiled as my sweet husband/coffee fairy delivers my cup of Dark Magic to my bedside every morning. After coffee, I can tackle anything!
I love what I do because…
I can be my own boss, I can mentor and teach others and make a pretty good living while doing it!
My favorite meal after a long day of staging is…
Anything at the Columbia Restaurant in St. Augustine
My go-to staging accessory is…
The three things we always have extra of when staging are: books, greenery and pillows.
Right now I am obsessed with…
With staging, I’m obsessed with: texture – you can have the same color in multiple textures and it is so interesting. With our real estate business: I’m obsessed with vignette shots. Our listings are very memorable and we often get the comment of “I knew that was your listing!” 🙂
