Tan Evans is the owner and expert stylist at Loft Allure based in Dallas, TX. Tan offers clients home staging, interior design and redesign services. After selling her own home and experiencing how rigorous the home selling process can be, Tan wanted to use her creativity to create a streamlined process for home owners, and provide a visually enhanced buyer experience.

Before jumping into the home staging industry, it was important to Tan to pursue proper training. She looked into RESA®’s Education Providers and found her match with RESA® Accredited Education Provider, Staging Studio.
“Taking the course gave me the tools and confidence to take my first steps towards home staging.”
Tan has been a RESA® member since 2020 and currently holds a RESA-PRO® designation.

Who is your role model and why?
Michelle Obama. She is beautiful, brilliant and she invests her energy into others.
What part of owning your own business is the least enjoyable for you and why?
De-staging. For me, it’s all about making the sale, so once the home sells, I’m ready to move on to the next.
What do you think about when you are alone in your car?
In true Dallas form, I’m probably wishing the car in front of me will go faster.
