Lisa Baker, owner of Blue Stone Home Staging spent 13 years in the finance world, she made the switch to home staging after buying and selling 3 homes with an average number of days on the market being in the single digits. Lisa has run a successful business in Harrisburg ever since.

I am: a wife, mother of twin sons, small business owner, and a forever learner.

Blue Stone Home Staging, LLC:  Is a full service staging company that works with the utmost integrity and passion.

I love staging because: I love creating beautiful spaces; it can be challenging and I have to stretch my creativity!

 

My style is: comfortable!  I tend to mix styles but it tends to be transitional with some industrial and rustic.  I’m loving mid-century and vintage right now too!

Good staging should: make a buyer feel happy, relaxed and want to move right in!

Right now I’m obsessed with: texture, layers, greenery, and navy blue

Staging is: about creating that emotional connection with the buyer.

It’s my goal to: continue to educate on the value of staging in Central Pennsylvania.

My motto is:  Keep moving forward

I love what I do because: I’m helping, no greater feeling then that.

My biggest accomplishment this year has been: connecting with investors and local small business owners to set the ground work for future collaborations

My favorite meal after a long day of staging is: fish tacos! YUM!

In the next 5 years: I plan to continue to grow my business, give back as much as I can to the community, and jump into real estate investment and flip properties.
