Using her combination of 16 years in Business Consulting as a Process Improvement Specialist along with her lifelong passion for all things decorating, Shavonda seamlessly creates stunning organization, design, and home staging solutions that fit each of her clients’ unique needs and style.

Good staging should: Bring out the best features of the home while emotionally captivating home buyers.
Right now I’m obsessed with: Learning how to make custom decorative accents in the home.
I realized I should be in this line of work when: I was asked by a former organizing client to come back to help stage her home to sell. I had so much fun during the entire process and the best part is that it sold in 3 weeks! Yep, I was hooked after that!
If I could go back to any decade and stage homes it would be: The 80’s. I would do away with all the crazy wallpapers I used to see!
When it comes to organizing: I use it in every aspect of my own business to help me successfully service clients whether it’s staging, redesign, or organizing.
My favorite quote is: Do it with passion or not at all.
My favorite meal after a long day of work is: Roasted hummus and pita chips!!
My biggest accomplishment this year has been: Successfully balancing work, being a mom, & wife. I’ve made intentional strides to ensure this stays in tact as ORG Boss continues to grow.
If I had to choose another career path: A motivational speaker & real estate investor. I do believe that both are still in my near future though. 🙂
