Being involved in a Leadership position for the Real Estate Staging Association allows you to get involved with your local staging community, while making a difference in the home staging industry. RESA Headquarters is so thankful for those leaders who are making way in their communities and dedicating their time and knowledge to advance professionalism and excellence in real estate staging.

Reflecting With Gail Emlaw RESA Greater Fort Myers Chapter President

1. When did you get involved in leadership?
I initially started the chapter in 207.
2. What made you decide to get involved in RESA leadership?
Networking and learning from others. But must importantly, I wanted to help grow the staging industry by educating consumers on a local level, hoping that more people would use home staters, hence enough work to go around for everyone.
3. What are you most proud of accomplishing during your time in RESA leadership?
As the president I was able to grow the chapter with help of an awesome board. Knowing that we helped educate local home statgers and aid them in growing their businesess is an accomplishment I’m proud of. The stagers on our board are the best in the area and I am honored they jumped on board when I reached out to them.
4. What advice do you have for others who are interested in being involved with RESA leadership?
There is no better way to educate yourself then being a part of RESA
5. What do you hope to see for the staging industry in the next 5 years?
I would like to see the staging industry regulated while it continues to grow.
