Home Staging Awareness Month 2018

November is Home Staging Awareness Month, where the Real Estate Staging Association (RESA), home stagers, real estate agents and other industry professionals raise awareness in their communities about the benefits of working with a home stager.

One of the main goals of the Real Estate Staging Association is to bring awareness to the industry we love so much, which is why we have created a Home Staging Awareness Passport Contest for RESA members. Members have the opportunity to complete tasks that will raise awareness within their communities about home staging for the chance to win over $7,700 in prizes donated by some of the industries favorites!

During the month of November if you are member of the Real Estate Staging Association we invite you to participate in our Home Staging Awareness Passport Contest. The tasks we have put together will earn you between 1-3 entries into our Home Staging Passport contest and will help you raise awareness about the staging industry, your staging business and show you off as the expert you are! You do not have to complete all tasks, but the more you do complete the better odds you will have!

Create a Blog Sharing Details About Your Favorite Home Staging Project of 2018 2
Create a Video Sharing Details About A Service Project You Worked on This Year 3
Submit a blog post about your favorite staging project of the year with photos. 2
Submit your statistics to RESA to help with our updates of creating new stats. 3
Share your “Why Statement” on social media and tag RESA-HQ 1
Submit a testimonial about being a RESA member. 3
Submit a video testimonial from a real estate agent 3
Submit a video testimonial from a homeowner. 3
Submit a video testimonial about your experience being involved with a RESA Chapter. 3
Post on Social media a before and after photo with a call to action for potential client and tag RESA. 1
Be a Guest Blogger For a Local Real Estate Agent or Association 3
Partner up with a local business that also helps buyers/sellers and cross promote one another 3
Share a home staging statistic on your social media site. 2
Create and send an email campaign about the importance of home staging. 2
Become a RESA Approved Instructor so you can education real estate agents the importance of working with a home stager. 3
Share a social media post about why you joined and support RESA 3
Write a blog sharing your favorite items from your inventory, share on social media & tag RESA-HQ 1
Share a video testimonial about a staging resource that you can’t live without on social media & tag REASA-HQ 1
Schedule a lunch and learn at a local real estate office. 2
Submit a video testimonial about your learning experiance with one of RESA’s Accredited
Home Staging Training Providers or Affiliate training providers		 3
Post an “unboxing” video of a recent staging inventory purchase on social media. 2
Share a Social media post or video about one of your favorite chapter meetings. 3
Share a Social media post or video about something you learned and implemented from RESACON 3
Share a Social media post or video about the best thing you ever did for your business 1
Share a social media post about a return on investment that paid off big for a homeowner and tag RESA-HQ 2
Share on social media about a time when you turned someone who was skeptical of home staging into a believer & tag RESA-HQ 2

RESA HQ will be doing drawings at random throughout the month of November to give away over $7,700 in prizes!

Must be a current RESA member to qualify.
May be required to submit proof of completion to qualify.
All tasks must be done between November 1st and November 28th to qualify.
