At the Real Estate Staging Association (RESA®), we’ve been on a mission this year to make sure the numbers shaping our industry actually come from the people in it. Every quarter, we collect home staging industry statistics directly from professionals across North America to build the most accurate and representative data available.
For Q3 2025, we’re asking every stager, whether you’re a RESA® member or not to take a 30 minutes to submit your data. Together, we can build the most complete home staging industry statistics for Q3 2025.
Why We Need Your Help
In the first half of 2025, we didn’t receive enough submissions to publish a well-rounded staging report from your data. To keep our statistics credible, we drew from our Sold Over List Price Club, which showcases properties that sold above asking price. While those results highlight incredible success stories, they don’t tell the full picture of the market.
We want the Q3 2025 home staging statistics to include every kind of listing, not just homes that sold over list. That means we need data from:

Our goal for the home staging industry statistics Q3 2025 report is to capture data that reflects every corner of the market. Reliable statistics help stagers advocate for their value, strengthen relationships with agents, and educate homeowners about why staging matters.
When we release quarterly reports, they’re not just numbers, they become tools you can use in your marketing, in presentations to real estate agents, and in conversations with clients about the return on investment staging provides.
