The 2018 RESA Columbus Chapter President-Elect Reflects

Being involved in a Leadership position for the Real Estate Staging Association allows you to get involved with your local staging community, while making a difference in the home staging industry. RESA Headquarters is so thankful for those leaders who are making way in their communities and dedicating their time and knowledge to advance professionalism and excellence in real estate staging.

Reflecting With Jane Woodland 2018 RESA Columbus Chapter President-Elect

1. When did you get involved in RESA Leadership?

I first became involved in RESA leadership in 2017 when we saw a need and interest in forming a local chapter.

2. Why did you get involved?

I talked to so many beginning stagers who asked me questions, and I learned that local stagers needed seasoned stagers to help them. We tried meeting for lunches, but we needed more stagers to give us advice on staging and running our own businesses.

3. What advice do you have for others looking to get involved in RESA Leadership?

My advice would be to jump into leadership. You learn so much during your term. It is not as time consuming as you might think. Also, you get to work with a lot of great people.
