Being involved in a Leadership position for the Real Estate Staging Association allows you to get involved with your local staging community, while making a difference in the home staging industry. RESA Headquarters is so thankful for those leaders who are making way in their communities and dedicating their time and knowledge to advance professionalism and excellence in real estate staging.
Reflecting With Katie Purviance RESA Charlotte Regional Chapter VP of Membership
1. What made you decide to get involved in RESA leadership?
I figured being on the inaugural Charlotte Chapter Board would not only help me in my involvement in the industry and community, but be a great way to solidify my business on a national level having the support of RESA behind me.
2. What have you gained from being a part of leadership?
Sense of Community. I love meeting others in the same field— we are not competitors, but adversaries and help each other with ideas, strategies, issues, etc.
3. What was your favorite chapter meeting this year?
Probably our first meeting as an official RESA Chapter. We met at Pier 1 and had no idea if anyone would show up! To date, it was our most well attended meeting!
