About Stacey
Stacey Shadoff is a seasoned and well-rounded Human Resources Professional with over 14 years’ experience. Stacey joined SW HR Consulting in 2018 after working with major companies such as Station Casinos, MGM Resorts International, AutoNation, Dignity Health, Target and Acadia Healthcare.
Stacey has successfully set-up Human Resources operations for start-up and small companies, working with executive leaders to ensure strategic alignment with mission, vision and core values.
Stacey earned a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Nevada Las Vegas and a Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of San Diego. In addition, Stacey is SPHR and SHRM-SCP certified.
Stacey has extensive experience with recruitment and selection, retention, employment branding, employee and labor relations, development of company culture, compensation and benefits, compliance, performance management, job analysis and design and training and development. Stacey is particularly experienced in strategic management and client relations.
With a profound understanding of confidentiality, Stacey safeguards all proprietary and sensitive information in accordance with regulations and employment laws.
Stacey grew up in San Diego, California and has lived in Las Vegas, Nevada for over 20 years. Stacey is a volunteer teen coach with MindRight and works with the homeless. Stacey is extremely committed to customer service excellence and a client-focused experience.
