We are so happy to announce that Luisa Rizzo will continue her role as our RESA State President for New York. Luisa has a degree in Interior Design and a strong business background from working on Wall Street where she was able to work her way into executive ranks of several companies. With over 20 years of diverse business experience and a background in business management she has developed exceptional organizational, administrative and leadership skills, that we know will benefit the local RESA chapters.
Luisa is very committed to the staging industry, its success and growth, her goal is to educate the public and the realtor community on the benefits of home staging so that it will become a component of the Real Estate Selling Process. Because she believes that education is key Luisa gives presentations in realtor offices, Investor groups and organizations on Home Staging and its benefits so that they get knowledge and understanding of the staging industry and how it use it properly to sell homes. A very important part of her presentation is discussing what to look for when hiring a stager and how important it is to hire a RESA Member.
Through handwork, good & bad decisions and experiences Luisa has gained knowledge of our industry that she is excited to share with fellow stagers so that we can all benefit. She has mentored several new stagers which by helping will advance their business so that they reach success is helping the industry to grow, and she looks forward to continuing to mentor, give support and educate new stagers!
