Amy Powers
Amy has been professionally staging homes since 2007. She has a Masters in Real Estate Staging through C.S.P. (Certified Staging Professional). She has been the voice of Real Estate Staging on the weekly radio show, Real Estate Radio Atlanta, 106.7 FM.
Her years of staging experience, training and dedication to the staging industry has led her to be a sought-after mentor and national leader in the Real Estate Staging Association, (RESA).
Amy is the RESA State President for GA as well as an elected official on the RESA National Board of Directors. Amy also holds a RESA-PRO designation, the highest in the industry.

Debbie Boggs
BY Design Home Staging in San Antonio, TX has received numerous awards over the years, including RESA 2017 Top Ten Staging Teams. Debbie is a frequent speaker at national staging conferences, and produces an annual interior design trends forecast.
A realtor herself, she has developed approved CE courses for realtors, and has co-hosted a weekly real estate radio show. The training that Debbie provides through Staging Studio is accredited by RESA and was a finalist for the RESA 2017 Innovative Product of the Year.

Karen Eubank
Karen Eubank segued into staging in 1995 while running asuccessful photo styling business, working with major advertising companies, national magazines, and internationally recognized photographers.
Karen is the staging expert for the National Association of Realtors radio program Real Estate Today. She was instrumental in ensuring Texas was the first state to accept the RESA Staging to Sell class and is one of the accredited teachers in the state.
Karen graduated from the University of Texas with a degree in journalism. In addition to her photo styling and staging careers, she has continued to write for major corporations, magazines, and advertising agencies. She is a staff writer with the award-winning real estate blog, Candy’s Dirt, as the staging and luxury homes expert.

Karen Otto
Karen’s love for all things “home” started when she was young and would rearrange her parent’s furniture when she got bored. She later found her niche in marketing and earned her degree at Florida International University in Miami, FL. In 2006 she cultivated her passion for “all things home and marketing” and channeled that energy into her company Home Star Staging, in Plano, TX. In that same year Karen earned her Accredited Staging Professional designation and is currently a RESA-Pro stager. In 2009 Karen became the Charter President of the RESA-Dallas Chapter and then served for two consecutive years as the RESA-Texas State President, and has consistently served in RESA leadership roles for years.
Karen’s passion has always been helping people and that translates whether working with clients, colleagues or peers within the industry. In 2008 her love for teaching and her expertise in home staging culminated in a Workforce Development Course she created for North Texas home sellers offered through Collin College in Plano, TX. The course is designed to help anyone understand the value and importance of staging a home for selling in any market. Karen believes an educated consumer is her best client.
An avid social networker, blogger, writer and speaker, Karen is a nationally recognized expert in the staging industry and is passionately committed to educating others about the power and benefits of home staging. Kristie Barnett
A veteran of the home staging industry, Kristie Barnett currently serves as a Regional Vice Presidentof the RESA. Kristie has trained and certified almost 100 home stagers from across the United States in her Expert Psychological Stager™ course and produces educational videos for both design professionals and decorating enthusiasts. Her Psychological Staging Paint Color Toolkit won the award for the RESA 2016 Innovative Product of the Year.

Melissa Marro
Melissa is one of the best known stagers in the US. She is an annual featured speaker at the Real Estate Staging Industry’s Convention held in Las Vegas and currently holds the position of President for the Board of Directors in the trade organization. Having grown not one, but two large home staging companies, one in FL and one in SC, in the last decade, her no-nonsense marketing techniques can help transform any staging business into a top producing local brand. Her company, Rave Home Staging, a Jacksonville, FL based staging and training company, is currently on target to hit one million dollars in revenue in 2017.

Shell brings 20 years of outstanding sales, marketing and team building skills to the Real Estate Staging Association (RESA). In 2003 Shell worked for a staging training company and has played a pivotal role in setting the industry standings in staging. Her commitment and support was crucial in growing the staging industry in the United States and Canada . Shell served as the manager of the corporate headquarters, Director of Marketing and Director of National Corporate Accounts.
Over the years it became obvious that stagers needed marketing support. In 2006 Shell developed the Staging Career Center. The Staging Career Center provides custom marketing support services to Stagers.
In 2007 Shell developed the Real Estate Staging Association™ (RESA) in order to support professional Real Estate Stagers by setting REAL measurable standards, and creating UNITY among stagers. RESA is focused and ready to take the industry to the next level.
RESA will allow stagers from the United States and Canada to form local chapters in order to establish peer to peer support and form standards in the staging industry. RESA also provides information and education regarding staging to home owners and real estate professionals.

Todd McAllister
Growing up in an entrepreneurial family put Todd to work at a young age and instilled in him the strong work ethic he is known for. His innate sense of space and design carried him thru more than a decade of corporate employment. In 2003 that he accidentally started a home staging business in Portland, Oregon. From the early days using his own living and dining room furniture, to his current design “empire” that includes 2 locations, 2 dozen employees, and millions of décor inventory pieces.
Todd enjoys engaging with clients to discover just what exactly is going on and work with them to create a beautiful space. His vast field of knowledge spans the gamut and he enjoys sharing that knowledge and mentoring not only his own Design team, but also helping stagers around the country.
