What are the responsibilities of the 2023 RESA National Board of Directors?

RESA leaders represent a constituency and collectively serve to hold the organization accountable in accordance with RESA’s mission.

The board of directors ensure that RESA is operating in accordance with it’s mission, values, goals and bylaws through decision making, financial oversight and governance. Board members vote on major decisions pertaining to revision of bylaws and serve as an advisor to RESA’s operating team when necessary.

RESA’s Board of Directors are elected by the membership and collectively serve to represent their constituency, so it’s important you take the time to understand their initiatives and what they see for the future of the staging industry before you cast your vote for the 2023 RESA National Board of Directors Candidates.
