Please tell us why you would be a good candidate for this position.
Before I started my staging career, I attended my First RESACON. The information I gained from it was invaluable with help in setting up my business on the right foot. With the help of my team, we have grown in 2 years to a team of 6, a warehouse, 3 vehicles and staging over 100 houses a year. I joined my local chapter and have served on the board for the last two years as President Elect and President. We have grown our chapter to well over 50 members and our chapter continues to grow from strength to strength. As the RESA Seattle Chapter President, I continually advocate for our members and encourage them in anyway to help their businesses thrive. The staging industry is a unique, dynamic industry, that shows so much kindness and support to the community as a whole. This is what makes me want to serve more in our industry. I believe there is space for all of our businesses to grow exponentially and I would be honored to lead the way helping businesses grow from strength to strength. Being on the BOD for RESA would certainly afford me the opportunity and platform for this.

Focus on industry standards as a whole and keeping members engaged and informed.
Please tell us about any professional contributions you have made to the industry.
Work with local vendors to benefit the local staging community. In the coming days, I will be launching a sub-division of our company, focusing on logistical support for the staging industry. We are extremely proud of Jutus Staging Solutions. We are hopeful that many staging companies will benefit from our product offerings as well as support and help to set up their staging operations.
Describe your leadership experience.
I served on our local Co-Op Preschool board for a year. I have served on our Seattle Chapter board for two years and continue to seek avenues to serve in leadership to better our industry.

Felicia has a background in production design and studied at Academy Of Art University where she had a focus in Motion Pictures And Television. In her free time you can find her reading about the latest marketing trends or hanging out with her husband in Disneyland.
