As if you didn’t already know, staging a home can sometimes present unique challenges if your clients are going through a difficult divorce or have just lost a loved one; maybe you’re stumped by how to tell them that the wallpaper they paid a “fortune” for 10 years ago looks like a broken etch-A-sketch and needs to come down . . . perhaps they’re smokers or hoarders OR BOTH!
Yeah. It could happen….then what??
The RESA Massachusetts chapter decided to use this as the perfect chapter meeting, a BRAINSTORMING SESSION. They broke up into groups and were presented with different but equally demanding scenarios and then the fun began!
