We are super excited to announce the planning for the Real Estate Staging Association’s conference, RESACON is underway. RESACON Vegas is the real estate staging industry’s largest annual home staging event. RESACON 2022 will be held July 21-23, 2022, and real estate stagers from all over will be coming!
This three-day event includes an industry trade show, keynote speakers, and educational breakout sessions with speakers and topics valuable to stagers of all business levels. RESACON Vegas attracts a growing number of exhibitors invested in the home staging industry. RESACON Vegas is also the home of the Home Staging Industry Awards banquet, the industry’s most prestigious awards honoring real estate staging mastery. Established in 2008, each year the industry’s most influential stagers are recognized for their professional excellence and superior skills in home staging, redesign, and leadership.
RESACON 2022: RESA is seeking speakers on topics such as, but not limited to:
- Marketing Strategies for home stagers
- Social Media Strategies for staging companies
- Website and SEO DIY for business owners
- Public Relations for small business’
- Profitability for home stagers
- Branding for the staging industry
- Business Concepts/Skills
- Wholesale Buying/Inventory
- Logistics for home staging companies
- Communication
- Leadership
- Inspiration/Motivation
- Creative Concepts/Color/Design/Trends
- Sales Strategies for home stagers
- Finance/Accounting
- Technology
- HR Issues
- Diversity and Inclusion
- Legal Issues, Contracts, Risk Management
- Personal and Professional Development
- Niche Staging Business Models
- Any other topic you feel would benefit real estate stagers
Please provide:
- A formal outline of your suggested topic and all areas to be included.
- The topic title, a paragraph describing your class, and at least four learning objectives.
- Please indicate why you are qualified to be considered an expert on this topic
- A speaker bio. This will be used on our website to promote your class if your class is chosen.
- A speaker demo is required if you’ve never presented at a RESA convention. NOTE: A speaker demo is a video and should be long enough for the committee to get a sense of your speaking style. If your video exists on the Internet, please include a link. Note: Speaker demos are required from everyone except for previous RESA convention speakers.

Your submission should be submitted in WORD. Please use proper grammar and punctuation in all of your submissions. If your topic is chosen, this information will be used to promote your class. Please be sure all of your documents have your first name, last name, and presentation title noted at the top of each page.
In exchange for speaking, RESA members who are selected will receive an event ticket.
Restrictions:
Presentations that are “sales pitches” will be rejected. Presentations must give valuable information to attendees and not be oriented to sell any products or services.
Speakers are required to have handouts for the attendees. No exceptions.
Time Frame: Each speaker has 75-minutes to conduct their class.
Deadline to Submit to Speak at RESACON 2022: February 15, 2022; submissions after this date will not be accepted.
