RESA® member Fiorenza Bilak is the founder and owner of Stage The Space in Las Vegas, NV. Born and raised in a small village named Castelfranco Emilia near Modena in Northern Italy, she moved to the United States in 2003 after meeting her future-husband Marcel, while both were on vacation in Italy. One day, when accompanying her husband – a residential and commercial real estate investor—to an open house, Fiorenza had an epiphany: staging with appropriately aesthetic accessories and eye-catching furniture would not only spruce up the showing but it would immeasurably make it more pleasing to the eye and desirable to prospective buyers. She realized an empty home does not look appealing to the potential buyer whereas a well-furnished and strategically-accessorized property paints the perfect picture and makes a grand first impression no matter the listing price.
I started helping my husband stage his investment properties and my passion for design and staging really took off from there, after seeing great results.
Fiorenza is an interior design graduate from The Art Institute of Las Vegas, an ASP Home Stager, and completed the Staging Design Professional™ Certification from RESA® Accredited Education Provider, Staging Studio. Her various training has given her the skills to offer vacant staging, model home staging, color consultations, occupied consultation options as well as short-term rental services.
Fiorenza knows the value of staging and is dedicated to helping home-owners get the most out of their biggest asset and potential buyers see their dream home as soon as they step inside.
The investment in staging your home will always be less than a price reduction on your home!
