Adrienne Lord – After spending nearly two decades in the corporate world, most recently wrapping up a ten-year stint at Oracle, Adrienne decided to follow her passion and officially turn her long-time hobby into a staging business. Her background in technology and passion for interior design made home staging a perfect fit. Thus, Sell or Dwell Home Staging, was born! Alice T Chan is a Home Renovation and Design Specialist who helps busy homeowners throughout the San Francisco Bay Area design and manage their home renovation projects. Alice’s no-nonsense, “it’s handled” approach gets projects completed as quickly as possible so that families can actually enjoy living in their new and improved home, not just dream about it. Over the years, she has successfully prepared and sold 4 of her own personal residences, two before becoming a Professional Home Stager in 2003. Since then, she has consulted on millions of dollars worth of real estate sales and as a result, clients have been reported doing the happy dance all the way to the bank.
