Being involved in a Leadership position for the Real Estate Staging Association allows you to get involved with your local staging community, while making a difference in the home staging industry. RESA Headquarters is so thankful for those leaders who are making way in their communities and dedicating their time and knowledge to advance professionalism and excellence in real estate staging.

Reflecting With Tamara Poljak 2018 RESA Greater Toronto Area Chapter President

1. When did you get involved in RESA leadership?

I joined the RESA leadership team in 2013 as VP of Membership for 2 consecutive years and have been the local President for 2 terms.

2. What made you decide to get involved in RESA leadership?

I got involved with our RESA Leadership because I want to be a part of a team; to collaborate with, learn from and to help educate our peers, clients and our whole network of the importance and recognition of Home Staging.

3. What do you hope to see for the staging industry in the next 5 years?

I would like the Ontario Real Estate Association to partner with us and recognize the importance of home staging by offering credited courses to realtors.

4. What have you gained from being a part of leadership?

I gained confidence from being a part of leadership. It has helped both within our RESA Chapter and also in my own business to show best practices and again, to be a part of a team who helps make decisions for our community.
