After graduating with a degree in Cosmetology, RESA® Member, Jenny Ruhland did what a large percentage of graduates do and shift paths. When Jenny met her husband, Austin she realized real estate and design was her true passion. Shortly after college the two moved to Fort Collins to start sowing their seeds.
After rehabbing multiple single-family homes and remodeling their own home in their early 20’s they saw a need for a quality staging company and jumped in full time. In 2017, HomeSpun Staging + Design was launched with a vision in mind that pleasing and relatable spaces can be obtainable.
We saw a need, and the rest fell into place, with hard work! Doing good, honest work will launch your business, it did for us.

Joanna creates marketing, advertising, and social media messaging for the purpose of conveying the organization's mission, vision and value, educating consumers, attracting new members, highlighting member accomplishments, providing content for real estate agents, and promoting strategic partners.
