The RESA Atlanta Chapter connects with Pier 1 Imports
The RESA Atlanta chapter hosted a successful meeting at Pier 1 Imports on Feb 21st. Pier 1 shared with the attendees information about their Trade Perks program, for which home stagers are eligible, which includes: 15% off everything in store and online, 60-day extended return policy, complimentary upgrade for Pier 1 Rewards credit cardmembers, and first looks and pre-shopping special collections, etc.
As a result of the successful meeting with the Atlanta chapter, at which the Pier 1 Southeast Regional manager was in attendance, we were able to connect her to RESA HQ to potentially hold a future meeting at the one of their stores for the newly-formed Charlotte, NC chapter.
Pier 1 would like to be a resource nationally for home stagers, and they welcome hosting meetings in their stores.
They are a great resource for home stagers not currently buying the volume required for wholesale pricing, and for quick fill-in items for occupied and vacant staging projects.
A great time was had by all at our the Atlanta February meeting!
