With experience ranging from staging and styling Southern mansions to Desert condos, Glenda Evers, RESA Phoenix Chapter President Elect is a multi-talented home stager with a keen eye for luxurious details. She specializes in staging luxury properties, but is equally adept at working within all budgets and price ranges. She brings her unique skills and creativity to every project, no matter the size.
After obtaining a BA degree from California State University, Glenda began her career in Retail Merchandising and Management with two major retailers in California, became a high school Language Arts Teacher, and was a Consultant and Agency Owner for the exclusive fashion house Carlisle Clothing, based in New York. She ultimately combined her love of fashion and design and her passion for helping others into a successful career in Real Estate Staging and Design.

4. What is the most frustrating aspect of your job as a home stager? And the most rewarding one?
The most frustrating for me is the paperwork; I love the creative part! Having happy and grateful clients is definitely the most rewarding.
5. What determined your passion for home staging? Tell us about the moment when you decided this is the way to go.
Trying to sell our home in a soft market really opened my eyes to the importance of staging, and that’s when I decided to take the leap. I’ve always loved design and helping people so home staging was a perfect fit.
