Recently the latest HomeGain survey was released with more than confusing messages. While all of the points made in the survey for a return of investment are considered part of staging. HomeGain listed “staging” as 5th on their list of important factors when selling a home.
RESA is conducting our own survey to prove the benefits of home staging. We need all the support we can get to acquire enough data to release our findings. It is extreemly important for all of us to pull together to get this survey into the hands of anyone that has sold a home. The survey is only five questions, and less than five depending on your first answer.
We have sent out the survey to all members and former members. Please take the survey if you have ever sold a home, regardless if you have staged it or not. Please forward the survey to as many people as possible. We need 3,000 Facebook likes and 3,000 survey responses in order to compile our results and release a report.
The report will be used to market the benefits of home staging.
