RESA Election Timeline for Local, State/Provincial, and National Candidates

  1. Application Deadline
  • Date: September 30
  • Details: All interested candidates must submit their application by this date to be considered for the election. No late applications will be accepted.
  1. Meet the National Board of Directors Candidates
  • Date: October 15-18 (Tuesday-Friday)
  • Details: During the week of Columbus Day, RESA will host a series of events to introduce the National Board of Directors Candidates to the members. This will include candidate statements, Q&A sessions, and opportunities for members to learn about the candidates’ platforms and visions.
  1. Voting Period
  • Date: October 21-31 (Monday-Friday)
  • Details: The voting window will be open for 1.5 weeks, allowing members to cast their votes for their preferred candidates. Voting will close at the end of the day on October 31.
