Elle Hartinger founded Elle’s Vision Home Staging & Design, LLC and provides home staging as well as redesign services to Jacksonville, Orange Park, Fleming Island, and surrounding areas in Florida. Prior to staging homes, Elle was styling mannequins at Chico’s and enjoyed helping people find the right style and fit.
It was while selling her own home, when the real estate agent she was working with mentioned to her she should become a home stager.
“Home staging is the perfect venue to engage my business sense and decorating style. I have a passion for creating beautiful interiors and staying current on the latest trends in the home decor industry.”
Elle earned her Professional Home Stager and Redesigner certification through RESA® Accredited Education provider, Home Staging Resource, and has been following the footsteps of her role model.
“My mother started her interior design business out of her basement and grew it into a well-known designer shop in my hometown in Germany.”

My number one goal this year is…
Make a difference in someone’s life that can’t afford to decorate or buy beautiful things for their home. I like to donate my time and decorate their home with staging inventory i no longer use.

What project are you really excited about right now and why?
I am working on a redesign project for two condominiums. Combined, each condo is 4000 square feet. OMG, It’s a big job! Soooo excited!

If you could only keep five possessions, what would they be?
Definitely my car, my dog, phone, coffee maker, refrigerator
What does a perfect day look like to you?
My selection of decor and furniture is flowing and I did not forget anything to pack for that day.

Would you rather stage an occupied listing or vacant?
I love staging both! Occupied is more of a challenge, which I love.
