Feature Friday – Natalia G Interiors

Natalia Grandi created Natalia G Interiors from her passion and love for interiors. Natalia proudly serves the Orange County, CA area providing occupied and vacant home staging and interior design.

“I love to decorate interiors, and being a stager gave me the flexibility to design the way I feel is needed for different spaces. I also like the fast pace that the staging business moves, everything is faster than design, and you see faster results.”

With a degree in Interior Design, a certification in Home Staging, and a passion for helping people love their home and elevate their quality of life, Natalia has created a design company that is all about the client.

“I believe that nothing makes us happier than spaces that are filled with beauty and comfort. A carefully-planned design that is aesthetically pleasing, inviting and functional creates an atmosphere that makes the people we love feel welcome and at peace.”

I am…

Passionate about design, and I love helping realtors and homeowners get their listings beautiful to sell.

Good staging should…

Make the home look and feel welcoming and warm, make it look more expensive and desirable to potential buyers.

Right now I am obsessed with…

Every decor object made of clay.

My morning ritual is…

Coffee before my daughters and husband get up.

My goal is…

To have a home staging company that realtors will refer to others in their agencies because of my aesthetics and work ethics.

My favorite meal after a long day of staging is…

Pasta.

My go to staging accessory is…

Faux plants.

Who is your role model and why?

In the industry, I really admire Joanna Gaines and Shea Mc Gee because of how they could set trends and build their business and raise a family at the same time.

When you are in a rut creatively where do you go or what do you do to get out of it?

I would go to furniture brand’s websites, such as West Elm, Crate and Barrel, Pottery Barn. I take a lot of inspiration from their websites and showrooms. I love to visit their showrooms, browsing catalogs and filling my desks with their photos.

What do you think about when you are alone in your car?

I like to sing in the car, and just don’t think much about anything other than not crashing.

What does a perfect day look like to you?

Morning coffee and pastries, walk by the beach in the morning, no cooking for lunch or dinner and eating out with my family.

Would you rather stage an occupied listing or vacant?

Vacant always! As a stager, I have more flexibility with the choices I make. Although, if the occupied home is renovated and has nice furniture, and the vacant home is a run down property, then I would prefer the occupied one 🙂
