Propac is privately owned by the Glassco family & Dan Teal. Paragon Picture Gallery is our sister company and has been in business since 1975. The owners saw an opportunity in the late 1980’s to recycle and utilize extra material that the larger Paragon items created. They started taking the drop-outs of mats along with end pieces of moldings and began assembling them with smaller, less expensive prints. Thus, Propac was born. They began in a corner of the Paragon building and quickly ran out of room.
Their volume has dramatically increased over the years. They now employ over 40 people and occupy a 50,000 square foot manufacturing and office facility. Their sales staff consists of over 65 manufacture representatives located in every state with many international customers. They are shown in 4 permanent gift and furniture showrooms across the country. These include their corporate showrooms in Las Vegas, High Point and Atlanta. They produce a 100 page full color catalog every year along with a mid-year 20 page full color supplement. They have a total of four new introductions per year.
Their company philosophy is very simple. They treat everyone with fairness, respect and honesty. Their smaller accounts are just as important to them as their large volume accounts. They have succeeded on the belief that if you treat everyone with fairness then they will return to you for repeat business and form long-lasting relationships.
Felicia has a background in production design and studied at Academy Of Art University where she had a focus in Motion Pictures And Television. In her free time you can find her reading about the latest marketing trends or hanging out with her husband in Disneyland.
