Shar has been in the design industry for over 11 years, and has put all of her years of experience into her goals of embracing and mentoring new home stagers and assisting in making the new Minneapolis Chapter vibrant and purposeful. For the last 5 years while growing her own staging business she has personally trained and mentored 4-8 new home stagers a year, all of which she encourages to join RESA and on keeping a high level of ethics.
Shar prides herself on training those around her, listening to their needs and empowering them to grow to their full potential, which she will continue to do while being the Regional Vice President for Kansas, Minnesota and Missouri!

RESA® is the portal to the staging industry and is the source of education and business tools focusing on the needs of stagers.
