PRESIDENT

Lynda Schmidt, who is the president of the RESA Kitchener-Waterloo Chapter has been in the business of creative visual presentation for 25+ years. Lynda has been a trail blazer for our industry since she started out as the first stager in her area 13 years ago.

She has dedicated much of her time and talents in the industry educating real estate agents and mentoring new stagers. She has always been open to sharing her expertise to help others grow their business.

Lynda has two goals as President of the RESA Kitchener-Waterloo Chapter; she would like to focus on bringing the chapter up to the standards that RESA expects a chapter to function by, while continuing to promote the industry and RESA members in the community.

VICE PRESIDENT OF MEMBERSHIP

Carol Kelly is excited to continue her role as Vice President of Membership with the RESA Kitchener-Waterloo Chapter. Carol told us that she enjoys contacting new RESA Chapter members to help keep them encouraged with their business, and reminding members who have stopped coming to meetings the importance of staying connected with their local chapter.

One of her goals for 2017 is to educate new members and past members on how RESA protects you as a home stager, as well as promoting all the amazing member only resources.

Outside of Carol’s passional for home staging she also believes strongly in giving back to the community, which is why she donates to the local food bank monthly on behalf of the RESA Kitchener-Waterloo Chapter, as well as donating to families in need during the holidays.
