Daniel Goldstien of MarketWatch, recently contacted RESA for an article they were putting together about the effects of staging. RESA’s CEO, Shell Brodnax shared statistics and insight for the article and there was mention of a study done by several real estate professors recently published in the WSJ on the topic.
