The home featured is a prime example of how we walk each home creating a renewed space. This is a condo in a prime location in downtown Chattanooga listed by the prestigious real estate group Jim Lea of The Lea Team with Keller Williams.
The condo lacked a wow factor and modern design that most homes in the area require to receive attention and bring top dollar. We met with the home owner and went over a detailed report that included new paint, light fixtures, new flooring, small bathroom upgrades, and staging design. With these changes we anticipated the asking price to increase around $20,000.
The seller was very motivated and worked with us utilizing all of our design recommendations and full staging as well as a wonderful real estate team and a very talented real estate photographer, Philip Slowiak Photography.
This resulted in an increase of roughly $30,000 from the original assumed asking price and a multiple offer situation within 24 hours of listing. This is why it is so important to help sellers showcase all areas of their home. These dramatic transformations make such an impact in both the sales price and sales time of each home.
