Christine Rae, President of CSP International™ Business Training Academy, a Real Estate Staging Training company, is proud to announce Lynda Schmidt CCSP, Principal Lead stylist for LB Schmidt- Creative Services has qualified and is accepted as a Certified Mentor/ambassador for Great Kitchener- Waterloo area.
St Catharines, Ont. –Feb 22nd 2016– Christine Rae announced today that CCSP, Lynda Schmidt, has been selected as an official Staging mentor for the Kitchener-Waterloo Region. Schmidt is a well-known, successful staging professional as well as active in Staging Network Association, Real Estate Staging association and is a certified decorator. Lynda’s 25-year experience in creative visual presentation encompasses Retail display and merchandising, Professional Theatre- prop design, set dressing, costume design and seamstress. She is an excellent Commercial photographer also and well as certified in staging and décor. She was one of the first to embrace and understand the impact of Eco-staging and is a qualified Residential Renovation Project Manager. In her earlier life she was a qualified teach so graduates of the CSP staging certification program will have a well-rounded mentor to guide them after training. The appointment means new graduates of the CSP® Staging Business Training program have opportunities after graduation to job shadow and continue learning & honing their skills at no extra charge.
CSP International™ Business Training Academy will be utilizing Lynda as a very important piece of their aftermarket CSP® Staging Training Program.
